Public Star Party with Boulder County Parks and Open Space

Public star party in cooperation with Boulder County Parks and Open Space.

Join volunteer naturalists and astronomers from the Longmont Astronomical Society for this stargazing program.

Presentation by Boulder Parks and Open Space Ranger topic is “Astronomy: Galaxies of Spring and A Tour of the Virgo Cluster’.  The presentation will be at the picnic shelter, followed by stargazing in the parking area. The Longmont Astronomical Society provides telescopes.
